What is Spiritual Direction?

It is a personal ministry of attentive listening to both the individual and the Holy Spirit; helping a

person deepen their relationship with God and become more self-reflective about how to respond

to God's call in all areas of their life.

Who Seeks Spiritual Direction?

Spiritual Direction is not counselling and is helpful for anyone seeking to grow in their relationship

with God, or to discern the Lord's will, or those experiencing dryness in prayer, or a change in

life circumstances, or a faith conflict can benefit from Spiritual Direction.

                           Christian Spiritual Directors. She offers personal spiritual direction.
